Wipro mission 10X, a faculty empowerment workshop inaugurated at RIMT-MAEC. Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Director RIMT inaugurated the workshop. Dr. Rajneesh Talwar, Vice Principal, RIMT-MAEC, overall coordinator of the workshop informed the correspondent that it was a one week workshop. Dr. Hukam Chand Bansal, Chairman, RIMT Institutes and Mr. Vijayant Bansal, Vice Chairman RIMT Institutes appreciated the efforts of Dr. Harsh and Dr. Talwar for initiating Faculty development programs in the campus. This FDP was an initiative of WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES in collaboration with Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Dr. Talwar informed that Twenty eight Faculty members of RIMT-IET and RIMT-MAEC participated in the workshop. Aim of the workshop was to enhance the teaching practices of the faculty. Resource person from WIPRO Mr. Ramakrishna and Ms. Pratima interacted with the faculty members and helped the faculty to know the importance of three V’s Voice, Verbal communication and Visual information. Further Dr. Talwar told that this WIPRO MISSION-10X, Faculty Development Program is committed to the creation, archiving, dissemination of knowledge and for service to the humanity. Mission 10X has been launched by WIPRO Limited to facilitate the enhancement of employability skills of young technocrats, in collaboration with PTU Jalandhar.
